• Full refund if services have not commenced and cancellation is requested within 7 days of agreement
• Partial refund based on work completed if cancellation occurs after services have begun
• No refund after application submission or if work is substantially completed
• No refund for denied applications, as we charge for our services, not outcomes

• For convenience, with 30 days written notice, subject to applicable refund policies

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide you with all documents and materials related to your case that we have prepared.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
